The Design And Implementation Of Teaching Management System In Laboratory

With the development of computer technology, network technology and intelligent Internet of Things technology, the reformation of informatization of teaching in lab becomes more and more urgent. Presently the teaching management system of lab is still in the stage of computerized paper-documents, which is the management system by informatization to only work out the convenience issue in the managing, but ignoring the intelligence applications of teaching in lab. This project mainly aims to deeply combines computer technology and teaching in lab to reflect the levels of intelligence of laboratory teaching in college, at the same time to improve the its spatial construction efficiency and utilization of teaching space.Basedonthedevelopment process of WEB information management system and related technologies, this project makes the research on the operation flows of teaching in college's lab and put forward the management plan. Meanwhile the following modules, such as space signage of teaching in lab, space instruction management, teaching management in lab, construction management, asset management, apace booking management and back-stage management of the system have been designed particularly and implemented. By analyzing the actual requirements of clients, this project will adopt B/S framework and use net 4.0 framework to establish system developing environment; foreground uses ASP + javascript technology to realize the management system interfaces of teaching space and each functions; background adopts VS2010 technique; data base uses SQL Azure of software to ensure the security of the data, and it uses version control system to supervise the developing schedules of the whole sources in the system developing and implementing process, which is to ensure the software will be completed and can be used on schedule.After near one year endeavor, the system has been developed and passed the test, and all the functions have archived the expected effects. The Baidu map and shaking function of We Chatbroaden the sources of promotion of application of the lab, realize the visualization management of lab teaching space, and supply the new experience for the users. The reservation module for the lab improves students' operational abilities and promote the utilization rate of the lab. This system can support multiple concurrency users to apply experimental teaching, realize the standardization and intelligence of the teaching space instruction, and meet the requirements of the lab teaching management. At last, this system will give teachers and students new intelligent experimental teaching experience.The laboratory management system has realized the whole teaching process management in lab, but it hasn't involved virtual and emulational teaching process. In the future it will make the deep study in the virtual and emulational experiment in the science and engineering filed, and also in the business field. There is no doubt that the future system will insert the virtual and emulational experiment into the system.
