Heterogeneous sensor networks consisted of PLC(Power Line Communication) and micro-power wireless communication is a better communication scheme which has complementary advantages and can be applied in information acquisition system in the area of smart grid. To solve the problem of energy efficiency in sensor networks, the clustering routing algorithm is an important way to solve the problem, so the study of the algorithm has far-reaching significance for the construction of smart grid and the development of heterogeneous sensor networks consisted of PLC and micro-power wireless.This thesis specifically considers the active sensor scenarios of heterogeneous sensor network consisted of PLC and micro power wireless, where the energy of node is sufficient. We extends clustering routing algorithm to the scenarios of heterogeneous sensor network with sufficient energy. We compare the simulation results with LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) and SEP(Stable Election Protocol) algorithm in both active and passive scenarios, which verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the clustering routing algorithm in the scenarios where the nodes have sufficient energy.This thesis proposes an improved clustering routing algorithm CSEP(Coefficient-Stable Election Protocol) based on SEP, which come over the shortcoming that the first dead node appears too early in the traditional SEP algorithm, and improve the stability of the network. In the improved algorithm, we consider the effect of the total energy of the advanced node and the normal node on the cluster head election mechanism. When the total energy of the normal node is lower, the advanced node's cluster head election probability will be effectively raised by introducing a weighting coefficient c. According to the simulation results, we can verify that the improved algorithm CSEP has more superior performance than the traditional SEP.
