With the rapid development of the Internet, as a combination of wired and wireless networks point, WLAN technology has become extremely important, major telecommunications manufacturers have begun to pay more and more attention to WLAN technology. Based on AC + thin AP's WLAN framework gradually established, large-capacity AC is becoming the market trend, in which the function and performance of AC directly determine the WLAN development. But the presence of AC current functional and performance testing complicated networking, human resources issues such as excessive consumption, and therefore need to be able to simulate an AP and Station with AC devices interact with the system. In the process of using WLAN, in order to ensure the security of user access and movement in the scene for a long time to solve the problem of disconnection, the system needs to have secure wireless access mechanism and moving scene seamless roaming technology. For secure access, Station AC devices require a secure connection via DOT1 X authentication technology to achieve, for seamless roaming, we need to use fast roaming technology.The paper designs and implements a set of system based on WLAN which has DOT1 X authentication and fast roaming. Station can have access to the device AC by DOT1 X authentication securely, and this can be established in two steps about establishing security channel and user authentication. Station can quickly roam between each AP in the same AC,the most important technology is key caching which to skip the authentication process by saving the user PMK information, and this can save many access time. AC uses an actual physical device, AP and Station are the analog devices through the system analog transceiver packets. AP and Station send and receive simulation packets through the physical PC network card. System not only be able to simulate a AP and a station to communicate for functionality testing, but also be able to simulate a large number of devices for performance testing. This system developed by C ++ language and was used in the Windows platform, and the system consists of AP module, Station module, CAPWAP module, Network module, AC module, public administration module. DOT1 X and fast roaming are the two most important system functions,and their work needs all the modules working together.This paper describes the background of the DOT1 X authentication and fast roaming system at first, the meaning of the system, and the domestic and foreign research status quo, through these explain the tremendous value of design the system, then introduces the system design and implementation process several related important concepts such as the WLAN, CAPWAP, DOT1 X, fast roaming. This paper designs and implements a set of functions that support these protocols and systems; then next part describes the requirement analysis and a brief summary of the system, it briefly outlines design of the overall system architecture design, module requires interaction between the various modules. Then next part about important module system detailed design, including the detailed design of several important classes, detailed design of the system thread, and two functions of DOT1 X authentication and fast roaming detailed design. Introduces the system implementation about the system environment and processes. The final system test part of the system functional and performance testing and show test results, consistent with the expected test results demonstrate the effectiveness of the system.
