| In recent years,the number of mobile phones increased greatly.As the wireless network itself limits,WIFI coverage radius is small,people in the use of WIFI process often need to switch the network,especially in public places or places where the use of wireless wifi will inevitably produce roaming.It can quickly disconnect the wireless network device(handset)from the current Access Point and immediately re-connect to other access devices,which can seriously affect the user experience.At present,different wifi access point switching delay will reach more than 100 ms,which in real-time requirements for higher voice and video applications is unacceptable.In order to solve the problem that the traditional switch takes too long,this paper implements the 802.11 R fast roaming function for the mobile wifi according to the 802.11 R protocol proposed by the IEEE Standards Committee and the existing software framework and environment of the company.this paper focuses on the process of implementing the various functional modules of the 802.11 R Rapid Roaming software system.the progressive realization of the 11 R protocol support,and ultimately hit the two ways of roaming(over-the-air and over-the-ds)to quickly switch the wifi network.After the basic network switch,we will analyze the factors that cause the network delay and optimize it,and improve the performance of mobile phone 11 R fast roaming.Finally,according to the company's existing environment,set up to support 11 R roaming network,and use this wifi network to achieve roaming software to do a complete test,11 R protocol proposed in order to reduce the network delay,so the test process,we are concerned.The main goal is to switch time.The purpose of the test is to verify that the system fulfills the functions required in the requirements and that the results of the tests will be analyzed in detail.Through the final verification,mobile phone roaming time control within 40 ms,to meet the 11 R protocol requirements. |
