With the rapid development of computer technology and mobile communication technology,the deepening of the concept of life-long learning as well as the rapid popularization of mobile terminals,the researches and applies about mobile learning are rising.As the mobile internet continues to penetrate for open education,mobile learning is outbreaking a more powerful force,thus creative many miniature mobile applications.As we all know,Set communication and learning as one of WeChat has a lot of use audiences,After the author found that,93.33% of open learners put WeChat as their mainstream communication software,WeChat must build a new mobile learning platform for open learners.A comprehensive analysis of domestic WeChat in open learners mobile learning application research projects,it can be found,most scholars only stay at the development of WeChat mobile learning platform and resource design level,some studies have also extended to WeChat in an open mobile learner learning learning activities model design,but mobile learning activity design research model rarely involved.Therefore the mobile learning activity design patterns based on WeChat will become a major trend in open education field.Shielded open learners' learning disabilities is the key to successful implementation of mobile learning activities.According to the open education at home and abroad in recent years repeatedly combing and analysis,combined with the pre-investigation of this article,based on the previous studies,the author found major obstacles of open learners tend to "self-regulation" and "learning skills",largely affected the learners open mobile learning.This article combines with the actual situation and cognitive characteristics of open learners,integrate into WeChat educational function,build "WeChat function package" and a new model of mobile learning activities with the support of the "WeChat function package",and put two classes learners from 2014 Construction and Management in Dalian broadcast television University as research subjects,choose "Architectural Construction Technique" professional courses to study experimentally compared.Ultimately according to questionnaires and interviews form,using questionnaire star background data statistical software for data collection and analysis of feedback,in order to verify the rationality of the model.The feedback results show that open learners basic recognite the promoting of mobile learning activities brought by,and give a good evaluation about mobile learning activities.Mobile learning activities designed micro-channel package features supported by one hand to enhance the ability to open learners,on the other hand the use of micro-channel to promote open education and mobile learning the depth of integration,build good mobile learning environment,use information technology means to enhance the professionalism of open learners.so as to better meet the needs of open education personnel training mode.
