With the rapid development of network technology and the speed of network, remote control technology will gradually occupy the mainstream of technical support. This article described the development of a Windows-based remote control program, which uses WinSock technology as the API. Through the function prototype description techniques and methods of remote control involves a detailed explanation.This article introduces the basic concepts of achieving remote control with the Socket programming and the system of Windows message. And then begin with the establishment of the Socket, after analysis and achieving each functional module which include run program automatic, turn off system, system screen control, and so on. Then focuse on the implementation process of the functional modules, particularly document management and implementation of system screen control. Finally, this article sums up the design experience and programming experience.In addition, this article uses the UDP technology in the model of File management. It achieves the file transmission and other file operations by establishing a UDP connection between server and client. By using UDP technical, it makes the file management easily achieved. In the module of system screen control, the client send the request of capturing server’s screen image to the server, and display the screen image which transmitted from the server to the client instantly, and sending the local mouse action of displaying image to the server. The server is responsible for responding to client requests of gaining and sending the screen image, making a response to the client with information of mouse and key board actions. In this way to realize the directly control of the remote screen.
