With the rapid development of the Internet technology,the computer has become an important helper in our life,study and work,while set higher requirements on the computer's stability,usability,integration.The improvement of computer integration lead to the calorific value of CPU increase greatly,the improvement of calorific value affect the temperature change,the high temperature will affect the computer performance,even damage the computer.So CPU heat dissipation problem is imminent.In order to improve the performance of the heat sink,the heat sink must be optimized and updated.Firstly,according to the three models of phyllotaxis theory: H.Vogel model,Van Iterson model,the plane unfolded form of Van Iterson model,three kinds of new micro pin heat sink was designed.The geometric position of maximum filling and complementary can be achieved by using cooling needle on the micro heat sink,and a reasonable space air flow channel can be formed,so that the cooling efficiency can be improved with the heat sink.Secondly,manufacture different parameters micro heat sink with phyllotactic pattern based on the heat sink which has been designed before.Then,presented a simulation to the temperature field of the micro heat sink with phyllotactic pattern by FLUENT.To obtain the temperature field distribution of the heat sink and the effects of the phyllotactic coefficient and the needle pillar diameter on the heat dissipation performance of the heat sink by numerical simulation.Finally,to the heat sink as the research object,the experimental device is designed and manufactured which is used to test heat sink with phyllotactic pattern.The heat dissipation performance tests including the different phyllotactic coefficient,different needle cylinder diameter,arrangement of needle cylinder influenced on heat dissipationperformance.The results show that by changing the phyllotactic coefficient,needle cylinder diameter can achieve optimization of the heat sink;the micro heat sink with phyllotactic pattern is superior to other arrangement in heat dissipation performance under the same condition.Then,compared with simulation value,these validated the feasibility of the experimental device and the correctness of the testing results.
