Desertification increasingly intensified, andit will cause a great threat to human production and life. It has attracted widespread attention in the whole world, especially drought, no rain or little rain in the desert region.Xinjiang is a typical inland desert region, and everywhere may suffer desertification. It can effectively maintain and consolidate the ecological balance in the oasis that Xinjiang Construction Shelterbelt System in the forest-based.With the development of electronics and information technology and computer network technology, things have entered all areas of agricultural production. Things technology in many aspects of forestry has been initially applied, and has a very broad application prospects. Construction Forestry Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things is an effective means of protecting forest resources and the woodlandenvironment. And modernize forestry will play a decisive role in the protection and rational use of water resources and ecological forestry.This paper designs and implements temperature and humidity monitoring system of the city shelterbelt of Xinjiang arid areas based on the Internet of Things.By Korla city, Xinjiang arid area cityshelterbelt situation, analyze the arid area cityshelterbelt main problem is the shortage of water resources and monitoring difficult. It reflects the temperature and humidity monitoring system of the City Shelterbelt of Xinjiang Arid Areas has high value.By analyzing the measured parameters, data transmission, the main chip and other needs of the system,this paper determines the overall structure of the system, and determines using the 32-bit STM32 ARM-based microcontrollers as the main chip, using SIM900 A wireless transmission chip GSM SMS way wireless data transmission, usingSHT20 models of air temperature and humidity sensors and HL-TR05 models of soil temperature and humidity sensors to measure temperature and humidity and using two ways of mobile phones and PC to display the temperature and humidity measurements. This paper describes each module and how it works in detail.It describes the system design and implementation methods of data collection and transmission module, and data read and store data display software. Finally, the entire system was tested for performance, accuracy, extreme environment and precision.It analyzes the error, and through complex digital filtering methods to reduce the error combined arithmetic mean and median value method.The paper fully implements low-power design in hardware selection, circuit layout and software design and implementation process, and it uses a lithium battery-powered way respectively for each circuit.The system can achieve the purpose of monitoring of temperature and humidity of phones and PC. By testing the system, the system performed well in terms of usability and reliability.
