Processing center and numerical control machine tool rotary motion is provided by NC rotary table and installation precision of displacement sensor in the turntable determine the dividing precision of the NC rotary table,displacement sensor is widely used in inductosyn,raster sensor,but the sensor precision is difficult to buy,and the price is high.After more than ten years of development,when the time grating displacement sensor has been in the national metrology department,national defense,manufacturing three areas of application,fully embodies the process is simple,strong anti-jamming capability,high precision,high intelligent degree,has broad market prospects.Numerical control system,NC rotary table is the main feature in the whole machine tool industry,precision of the NC rotary table play a key role.In order to change large NC machine tools and precision NC rotary table most dependent on imports of the situation,the author's own research in,with the support of national natural science foundation of drain during development in the process of the time grating displacement transducer accumulated rich experience,further pair grating displacement sensor to research the NC rotary table to improve the precision of the NC rotary table and real-time performance,meet the production requirements.This paper studies the main content is as follows:1.Commonly used in NC rotary table of the inductosyn Angle measuring sensor,grating,and the working principle of the time grating when find out their advantages and disadvantages,in order to further time grating displacement sensor research provides a theoretical basis for NC rotary table.2.Introduces the more popular and common embedded real-time operating system,and analyses their respective advantages and disadvantages,chooses ?C/OS-? as a high precision time grating displacement sensor,the operating system of the NC rotary table,which provides real-time condition of NC rotary table,realizes the effective control of NC rotary table.3.The time grating displacement sensor,though designing the control system of NC rotary table,driving NC rotary table control system and the main controller selection,designing the speed loop and position loop,designing the control system hardware and software,transplanting the embedded operating system and real-time multitasking,improves the real-time performance of NC turntable.4.In the research of control methods of the time grating displacement transducer NC rotary table,by the experts of the closed loop control mode and type intelligent self-tuning PID control algorithm,realize the precise control of NC rotary table5.When using the time grating displacement transducer with Heidenhain grating NC rotary table comparison test,finds error rule through a large number of experimental studies.Using local fitting the correction method of overall studies static experiment;Point correction method for dynamic measurement error correction,in order to improving the accuracy of grating displacement sensor when the NC rotary table.In this article the time grating displacement transducer for fashion in the process of the study and design of the control system of NC rotary table,a large number of experiments,time grating displacement sensor is of great significance of the study,NC rotary table for future research orientation precision,fast dynamic response,large load of time grating displacement sensor research and development of NC rotary table laid a foundation.
