China International Software and Information Service Fair which taking as China one and the only national Information and Technical fair, having the responsibility on leading China's software industry development and roll out "Internet Plus".Exhibition industry is one of the 3 largest smoke-free environment protection industry, we can say that the development of exhibition industry will increase local GDP and other industries. Exhibition industry in China having below specifics:Domestic exhibition scale getting larger. In 2013, a total of 7319 exhibitions have been, an increase of 1.8% compare to before. In the exhibition industry continues to grow today, the market of exhibition is getting bigger, thus the annual industry event IT Software Fair, leading as industry pioneer, it's level of informatization needs to be improved accordingly. The main problems are:The database is inconsistent; Inconsistent information dissemination; Technology infrastructure behind the mobile terminal is not unified access technology information system. In this article we will detail the efforts that China International Software and Information Service Fair Organizing Committee has made in information technology.Design and implement the online exhibition management system based on offline exhibition features and transaction analysis. The system has more functions including online registration, business meeting, exhibition management, and meetings and activities management. After testing, the system has been working, and it has received a good reputation from participants. Design and Implementation of CISIS FAIR CRM system are developed by Microsoft ASP. Net, adopting 3 layer structures, data layer with Microsoftware ORM Entity Framework, WEB layer with ASP.Net MVC.
