In recent years, with the number of college graduates increased gradually, the problem of employment of graduates has become a common dilemma serious problem of various types of colleges and universities. At the same time, we see kinds of graduates from university can’t receive an appropriate offer, but the enterprises are also facing labor shortage. For the university management staff, how to set up a targeted and effective employment service platform to solve the difficult problem of employment is a challenging problem.Employment information management system in university is born in this environment that the system was designed by this paper has a goal of providing a platform which is liking a bridge between graduates and enterprises. It enables undergraduate knows the real requirements from market at the first time, but also for enterprises to recommend intelligently person meeting the job requirements. The system uses proven MVC architecture, B/S structure, the SQL Server 2008 database and NHibernate of a persistence framework. In the course of the project, I am in charge:requirement analysis and the system requirements specification writing; overall design and detailed design of the system; post-person bidirectional matching algorithm design and demonstration; coding and testing.The project provides a solution of employment information management system with a post-person bidirectional recommended algorithm, through collecting job offers and information extraction to provide more employment information for graduates, an increase of employment of graduates work opportunity, the system provides a post-person bidirectional matching algorithm, both recommended the desired position for graduates, also recommended the right talent for employers, improved the efficiency of job search and recruitment, but also promote effectively college graduates the effectiveness of employment this platform provide a more thoughtful and comprehensive employment services, based on this platform efficient information processing capacity..
