Financial industry has developed rapidly, which makes financial machinery industry into a highly intensive market and an expended industry and production scale. Financial machinery enterprises begin to find ways to promote competitive advantage by optimizing production process, improving production efficiency and cutting down production cost to keep profits, enhance delivery efficiency and service quality, besides approaches for new product development and process improvement to boost product values.Financial machinery industry has some properties, such as more various product types, more common parts and short delivery time, which make a mixed production management with design-oriented trial-manufacture, assemble to order production and parts inventory model. There is an urgent need for the enterprise to solve mapping and management problems involved from the operational level to control level. With the requirements of collaborative production planning, kitting material logistics, efficiency improvement, this thesis has built a financial machinery industry oriented Manufacturing Execution System to fully support the lean operation and management of enterprise, enhancing the core competitiveness.Based on the theoretical knowledge of manufacturing execution management, lean production, and industry characteristics of multi-mode hybrid production, this paper analyzed the current situation of production and summarized its requirements in production information systems of LiaoNing J CO,LTD. By analyzing its current IT technology, the paper used software development methodology, such as model-driven, groupware encapsulation, to design and realize the MES based on.NET technique system and SOA architecture.MES in this paper has obvious characteristics of the industry, which can play a good role in financial machinery manufacturing enterprise planning, development and implementation of manufacturing execution management system, having a certain reference and guidance for improving production management IT level.
