With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, temperature and humidity monitoring and control of production and life has become an indispensable tool. Whether in industrial or food and drug industry, agriculture, temperature and humidity data are required for long-term, effective and accurate monitoring. On the other hand, with the rapid development of Mesh network, Mesh network consists of nodes with network communication capabilities of sensors, personal computers, smart home devices and other components of the emergence of more and more applications in all walks of life, making the remote control, telematics extraction technology more and more mature.For periodic collection and other basic information about the problem of temperature and humidity, the existing Mesh network using broadcast application layer- a way to collect data fusion, the presence of low broadcast efficiency, feedback complex routing topology changes and poor adaptability, higher bandwidth problem, it is difficult to achieve efficient basic information gathering.To solve the above problem, this paper designs a temperature and humidity monitoring system of wireless Mesh-based zero bandwidth network, a typical Mesh network protocol BATMAN based on the MAC layer packet carries handshake packet temperature and humidity sensor information, maintain the establishment and of information in the network at the same time temperature and humidity sensors complete network-wide information sharing.This paper is divided into four parts of the system design. The first part of the overall system design scheme, then the function of each module to be divided, according to the demand for module selection devices. The second part of the hardware module circuit temperature and humidity sensor node design and the performance of the sensor nodes antenna simulation. The third part of the system design and implementation of software, with a focus BATMAN source code modification process. The fourth part of the overall system performance testing, and the test results were analyzed,the results showed that in the case of bandwidth reaches zero temperature and humidity monitoring purposes. Based on the study of temperature and humidity monitoring process, innovatively temperature and humidity data enclosed in Wireless Mesh Network layer packets for transmission via BATMAN protocol broadcast mechanism, so that the design will not affect the application layer bandwidth and greatly improved the data transmission accuracy.
