With the rapid development of China Unicom 3G services,there increased 100,000 new users of China Changzhi Unicom each year,of which the number of 3G subscribers increased to 30,000.Making a good planning for Changzhi Unicom's mobile networks is an ongoing important work in the network construction.Under the guidance of overall company development strategy,we need to make a in-depth analysis of the market competition and business environment trends in the planning period,and work out the goals and strategies of the wireless network development scientifically and reasonablely to achieves healthy and sustainable development of the wireless network.It is necessary to give full consideration to the network long-term strategy development and market demand,market segments,and take a variety of wireless means to meet business development needs.The design and implementation of the mobile network planning of China Unicom Changzhi branch is presented in this thesis,which consists of the following aspects:Firstly,The basis of Changzhi Unicom's mobile network planning is determined,includes the network conditions,the coverage capacity and performance objectives of competitors.Secondly,the analysis and testing are conducted on Changzhi Unicorn's mobile networks coverage,network structure and traffic.Thirdly,the solution to Changzhi China Unicom mobile network planning and design is presented.
