With the rapid development of social economy,people's life rhythm is more and more fast.In addition to the pursuit of material life,people have begun to pay attention to their own physique and more and more people join the ranks of fitness.People always care about what kind of fitness is a safe and effective way.And the appropriate evaluation method is the key to ensure the safety and effect of fitness,because of different individual no matter in real-time exercise or long-term fitness of process performance are not the same.Therefore,research a new evaluation method for fitness according to the characteristics of individual that become the demand of new time.In view of the fitness evaluation,this dissertation launched a study of the following aspects.First,Research on real-time exercise intensity evaluation model.Real-time and effective evaluation of the exercise intensity is the key to ensure the safety and efficiency in the process of fitness.In this dissertation,we propose a dynamic weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and propose the specific exercise intensity evaluation scheme combined with the characteristics of real-time fitness.Experimental results show that the proposed model can ensure the safety and efficiency of the individual in real-time fitness.Second,Research on the model of the best movement quantity forecast.Reasonable planning exercises can ensure the safety and efficiency of long-term fitness,effective prediction of the best amount of exercise is the key to the making a fitness plan.In this dissertation,we build an individual's best amount of exercise forecast model based on the RBF neural network and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm according to the relationship between physical fitness and exercise.The experimental results show that the prediction model of individual best amount of exercise has high prediction accuracy.Third,Research of fitness evaluation system based on individual.After verify the validity of the two modules of the exercise intensity evaluation and the individual best amount of exercise forecast,we build a fitness evaluation system based on the combination of the two modules through the network.Finally,on the basis of the system design,complete the preparation and testing of the simulation system.
