Design And Development Of A Material Sorting Device For Manipulator Teaching

To implement the guidling principles for big push of development of vocational education, further deepen achievements of vocational education reform, find out the direction of occupational education, finally become benchmarking to measure vocational education level, aimed to the occupation college curriculum and production characteristics of employers, we design this sorting device with manipulator, for the purpose of tranining skill for relevant disciplines like mechatronics in each vocational college, so that students have practical training and access platform to verify and enhance professional skills.In this paper a manipulator material sorting device is designed.Firstly,the design scheme is discussed, defining module structure, function modules and linkage among each module in the system, and analyze and study the problems occurred in the process of designing, accordingly propose solutions.Secondly, the manipulator material sorting device is designed, mainly uses the programmable controller to carry on the control, and finish PLC program design for operation of sorting device through PLC programming software.To verify the design of this sorting device, a manipulator sorting device teaching model is made according to the design philosophy, the model system adopts advanced PLC controller to achieve control function, through the design of PLC program, the system configuration can be achieved flexibly and conveniently according to control requirements, and through automatic control system like the stepping motor and movement mechanics, accurate sorting and handling of the goods can be achieved finally.In addition, in order to monitor and manage running state the device, a real-time monitoring system for the operation of warehouse has been designed through KingView software. The system can acquire and process field data, and students only need to run the monitoring system, can working state of the system be monitored real-timely, thus ensuring normal operation, timely judgement and treatment for the problems occurred.Finally through operation test of the device, this device is proved stable running, accurate positioning delivery, safe and reliable.
