The Internet age, high-tech technology development and market-driven, the traditional TV media brought great impact and challenges. Traditional TV media in innovative television content production at the same time, television media started Internet research, fusion between television media and new media trends continue to intensify. On the one hand, media integration advances the transformation of the traditional TV media. On the other hand, television media innovation still faces to some challenges and opportunities of new media. As a new business model, T2O has been highly concerned by traditional television and new electricity suppliers. In this paper, we set the electric business of T2O as the research object to compare with TV media, such as the TV T2O marketing mode of features, the advantages and exists of problem for has analysis, current TV media T2O mode in domestic of development status and dilemma for has shallow layer of discussion, from cooperation field, profit mode, and market strategy, aspects specific described has T2O e-commerce mode of development strategy and made summary, for further exploration TV media of electric business of development provides reference.
