| With economic development, the energy consumption of the data center room has become a more and more important issue.At the same time, the data center is likely to be polluted because the entry of outdoor particulate contaminants or gases in harmful environmental contaminants, thereby resulting in long-term and comprehensive corrosion.The environmental assessment of data center room has become an important goal.In this paper, we developed a wireless detecting system for data room environment, mainly monitoring the total power consumption of the data room, the fan of air conditioning equipment power consumption, electronic equipment power consumption, pumps and lighting equipment power consumption, and display and analyze PUE; monitoring indoor and outdoor air quality at different locations, such as dust particles and sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine and other gast;monitoring temperature and humidity, noise monitoring, pressure in different place.By monitoring, comparing and analyzing of container data center power and environmental parameters,we can provide guidance for the construction of green container data center.With the help of Fluent, a fluid analysis software, we set up a data room model for meshing and boundary conditions for particle simulation. dust concentration and its distribution within the research and analysis data room. Through comparing the distribution of the different particle contaminants of typical data room conditions, assess their impact on the electronic equipment.In addition, for some typical environment conditions, we test the real dust concentration within the data room,comparing with the simulation results. By compring the experimental data and identifying problems and deficiencies, we provide a reference for filter selection and the control of wind speed. Through experimental verification of the method, the experimental data measured adequately verify the effectiveness of simulation analysis. |
