Research And Implementation Of Data Analysis And Mining In Hospital

In this thesis,by analyzing and mining the data that accumulated at hospital in daily business to provide data support service for hosp ital manager in different level, by this way apply the data analysis and mining technology to the medical industry, and use this service to assist the hospital manager to manage the hospital in a scientific and reasonable way, also can help them make correct policy and analysis of effect cause by the policy.This research uses the data analysis and mining theory as the foundation, according to the basic step of the data analysis and mining engineering. First, combine the hospital specific business and relevant national standards convert the above target problem into the corresponding engineering problems. Then based on data warehouse technology in data analysis and mining engineering prophase(technical data collection period) to collect all data that related to the problem by the map rule of business to data from various hospital information system's data source, to generate a unified date source for data analysis and mining engineering. After that, according to the characteristics of hospital's business choose the theme analysis method as the basic method of this project and according to the characters of theme selected visualization technology, multidimensional analysis and modeling analysis as specific method to make concrete analysis and mining. Finally, a solution be made out, it can provide various service from all kinds of manager in different level, such as, for hospital managers it can provide hospital overall situation and help the them make business or policy implementation effect analysis, for department managers it can provide department overall situation and help them screen the abnormal and make policy, for specific executive, it can provide reference.The system on the basis of above design has been in hospital for commissioning test, and has achieved fairly no bad practical effect, for hospital,the system observably improved the operation efficiency and make the management more scientific and standardized, for patient, it improve the environment when see doctor and make the medical cost more reasonable.
