Data Warehouse Design And Analysis And Application Research Of The Home Health Care System

Through many years' growth of hospital informatization construction, information system has been widely used in daily management and medical treatments. However, a various of business system are still used for daily business operation and most of information system have accumulated large quantity of business data. All of these large quantities of business data hide valued information in deep level which had not been fully developed and used.A data warehouse that is suitable to hospital information system and system for home health via medical treatment had been constructed in this paper by adopting relative knowledge and techniques of data extract-transform-load, data warehouse, data mining analysis and etc., and study and practice of data mining analysis had been processed based on strategic tree analysi s and correlation regulation algorithm. Valued basis had been provided to hospital for assistant decision and enhancing medical treatment service qualityWork researched and developed in this paper is summarized as the followings:1. Each stage from data warehouse construction to data mining analysis had been fully designed and implemented in accordance with hospital information system and system for home health via medical treatment as research objects, inclusion of constructing data warehouse, data extract-transform-load process, and analysis studies processed for information application of multi-dimension analysis and data mining algorithm.2. Design of the data warehouse included designs of the whole plan, conceptmodel, logic model and physical model.3. Design train of thought on data extract-transform-load process and its development realization process had been described in details, and two technical means of XML and kettle had been used to realize extract and load of data.4. The primary characteristics of outpatients for medical treatment more frequently had been found through strategic tree analysis method based on studies of multi-dimension data analysis and data mining. It provides the basis of assistant decision on development people facilities of home health service via medical treatment.5. Relationships among diagnoses and prescriptions in outpatients' medical records were mined by adopting of correlation regulation model to help doctors or patients understand history experiences for medicines used.Through the studies mentioned as the above, the hospital data warehouse had been constructed by using of the hospital history data, and the data has been processed to store and to use in reason. Deep level decision analysis for the businees data of outpatient medical management, people facilities of medical treatment service and etc had been implemented initially, informatization means and methods have been provided to allocate medical resources reasonably and optimize people facility service pattern for the hospital, and also provided assistant decision basis for the hospital management in science and rationality. Such operations waere based on to the hospital requirement which is transferring business data to knowledge and regulations.
