This paper aims to calculate the element pattern in array of the planar array and spherical conformal array consisted of crossed V-dipole elements by using the method of moments(Mo M). Mo M is based on the primary function of the Rao-Wilton-Glisson(RWG). The large array is calculated by element pattern in the array. The work of the paper makes some sense to the engineering practices. At first, the basic principle of Mo M is indroducted and the course of Mo M based on RWG basis function and electric field integral equation is analyzed.Secondly, the electromagnetic characteristic of the dipole above the limited plate is analyzed. In order to prove the code validated, the calculated results are compared with the ones in the HFSS. The radiating characteristics of the crossed dipole and crossed V-dipole above the limited plate are researched respectively, and the latter is selected as the element of the array antenna.Thirdly, the crossed V-dipole is selected as the array elements of the planar concentric rings array. By considering the coupling, the element patterns and EM parameters are studied, and element patterns in array is extracted. The element patterns in array of the planar rectangular array and the triangular array antennas are researched. Finally, in considering the mutual coupling, the analysis is implemented about the influence of spherical radius and angle of crossed V-dipole on the radiation performance of antenna. The element patterns in array of spherical concentric rings array and concentric rings projection array and rectangular projection array is researched. Then, the difference between the planar and the spherical array is compared.
