With the advent of the era of electronic, cell phone screen is bigger and bigger, Its function and software is gradually various,?therefore, the power consumption of the mobile phone will be bigger and bigger. The messy wires and plug frequently lead to people feel very inconvenient?Not only that, The frequent plug cable may also cause the damage of mobile phone interface, The charge interface exposed for a long time, It will be so wet, It also may cause the leakage phenomenon and people's security is not guaranteed?So more people need a convenient and reliable charging method?Mobile phone wireless charging based on the technology of electromagnetic induction is a kind of rely on space magnetic field coupling to transmit electricity transmission module by wireless charger end to space, mobile phones at the receiving end to receive the battery charging technology, some related to mobile phone wireless charging products to market?This article through to the principle of electromagnetic induction technology, circuit, communication and the coupling coil, based on electromagnetic induction technology,a mobile wireless charger is designed?This article did the research content of the promotion and application of mobile phone wireless charging has a certain role in promoting,It can provide some references for the design of mobile wireless charger and using for reference in future.The main research work of this paper are as follows: firstly, three standards of wireless charging current of the corresponding are overviewed and four wireless charging technology are studied, through the contrastive analysis of the four types of technology we find that the electromagnetic induction technology is more suitable for mobile phone wireless charging. Secondly, the principle of electromagnetic induction technology is discussed and the parameters of the corresponding theoretical is analysied and the development of the mobile phone wireless charging technology. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction technology combining mobile phone wireless charging technology, the main research content is raised. The factors of mobile phone wireless charging efficiency are stuided, the wireless charger for mobile wireless transmitting and receiving coil efficiency and the influence of transmit and receive coil positioning way were analysied. Finally, presenting the overall design block diagram, choosing the required components and the corresponding chips and introducting its functions, and the simulation design of wireless charger unit circuit transmitting and receiving modules is based on the software of multisim13.The wireless charger launch module designed in this paper composes of oscillation signal generator and resonance power amplifier. Oscillation signal generator is composed of 555 chip and resonance power amplifier are composed of LC parallel resonant circuit and switch tube IRF460. The mobile wireless charger receiving modules designed in this paper are composed of subprime coupling coil, filter circuit, voltage regulator tube, TL431 and Q18050 constant-voltage charging circuit, LED lights and other circuits.The coupled inductor is designed, and a kind of coreless PCB circular spiral coil is designed,sinulating and studying the corresponding parameters. The paper also provides the phone more load wireless charger design principle block diagram, for more load wireless charger without making in-depth research, further research will make in the future.In the condition of the studio, the wireless charger prototype is designed in this thesis, the sending and receiving module unit of the wireless charger were tested. The turbulence generator can output PWM drive signal, and when the frequency of the oscillation signal is 110 KHz, the duty ratio of PWM wave is generated at around 60%. Constant voltage charging circuit maded up of TL431 and Q18050 can provide for mobile phone charging voltage stability. The sign of the mobile phone is charged is the LED lights of receiving module units from red to green.Wireless charger is designed in this article, ideally the maximum effective range of mobile wireless charging is 32 mm. The samsung cell phone of GT- C3050 C can be charged within one and a half hours. Through the detection of this mobile wireless charger's charging status, its maximum charging current is 980 mA and its maximum power is at about 3 w. The efficiency of the effective charging reaches at about 50%. The data based on the design of the wireless charger test Verify the circuit scheme is feasible. To compared with the wireless charger designed in this paper and the wireless charger that appear on the market, we find that the wireless charger designed in this paper has the characteristic of wireless relatively distance and lower price, therefore, when it's a product, there will be a greater economic benefit. Finally, Looking forward to the mobile wireless charging and summaring the core content of the design.
