With the development of science and technology, the digital products become more and more popular, which brings many conveniences for the work and life of people. However, most of electronic products have different battery chargers which have not the same rule. And then a large number of battery chargers cause enormous losses and increase the cost of battery chargers. The same of Standard Level User Charge will become one of the important development trends of modern living.Whether inductive charging or microwave charging, will expose electromagnetic wave to the environment, which influences electronic devices near the round. In addition, the following research was put forward to Solve inductive charging technology existing problems.(1) Performance parameters analysisFrom the angle of energy consumption, compared and analyzed, wireless charging was compared and analyzed with wired charging. The former is lower than wired charging, but it could reduce standby power consumption and energy saving and environmental protection. At the same time, analyzing on the performance of the wireless charging technology parameters, indicate the shape of coil size and the use of material and quality factor into a order related. The coupling factor is connected with the distance and angle between the coil. Quality factor and the products of the coupling factor determine the size of the loss of power factor.(2) Design the reasonable primary and secondary coilsThe primary and secondary coils effect the transmission efficiency of the system. So, based on the theoretical analysis of coil material position relative to the size of relationship between wireless inductive charging efficiency, simulated by Anosft HFSS. The result show that plane hollow copper wire coil is the most suitable coil parameters and when the primary and secondary coils are parallel and shouting distance, it is the highest efficiency with zero shaft centerline position.(3) The simulation analysis of electromagnetic shielding There is slot between the primary and secondary coils, which caused leakage magnetic flux and effect on the environment. In order to solve problems, based on the theory of electromagnetic shielding, modeling simulation is to analysis on the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding body and the influence on coupling efficiency of wireless charging system using electromagnetic field simulation software HFSS, comparing the field of point with shield to the field of point without shield is to analyze Shielding effectiveness. Comparing the field of point in the receiver coil with shield to the field of point in the receiver coil without shield and using correlation formulas is to analyze the effect of coupling efficiency. The result of experiments indicated that adding magnetic shielding device, not only reducing interference on outside environment, but also increasing coupling of the coils and the system efficiency.(4) Experimental analysisDeveloping simple test device verified the effectiveness of the experimental, experimental results is similar to the simulation results. Finally, aiming at the shortcomings of wireless charging system, the future wireless charging technologies is prospected.
