Since the “Industry 4.0” have been put forward by Germany, in order to grasp the development opportunities China put forward “Chinese Industry 2045” for strategy. Meanwhile, every country intensify efforts to research and develop correlation technique. As the new star of industry, 3D-Printing attract great attention. The limited mechanical structure of 3D-Printing lead to the limited size of workpiece and can't suit for complex printing pose. For the above shortage, in this paper, select robot arm as actuator of 3D-Printing, and put forward concept of 3D Repair-Printing groundbreaking. “3D Repair-Printing technology is a new kind of 3D-Printing technology, the purpose of this technology is repair directly on workpiece. ”The research contents of this paper is how to realize 3D Repair-Printing, and put forward the technology roadmap.First, the pretreatment of 3D-Printing is using 3D-Scanning technology to measure and draw the 3D model. And then finish the model repairing in CAD software. After that, slice the damage model and get the printing path.Second, Select robot arm as actuator of 3D Repair-printing, create theoretical model of robot arm, and create calculation model in MATLAB. Import printing path in calculation model, and determine the pose of robot arm, calculate inverse solution of robot arm, and get the joint angle sequence. Create simulation platform in Pro/E, import joint angle sequence and simulate the 3D Repair-printing process.Further, research the smooth printing base on RBF neural network, fitting the discrete outer contour by neural network. Build the neural network model of outer contour and generalize it.At last, analyze the 3D-Printing technologies and select the suitable technologies for 3D Repair-printing.
