Enterprise Financial Risk Analysis System Based On Decision Tree And SVM

With the continuous development of market economy,many companies have trouble in financial risk,which makes the rapidly developing enterprises encounter more and more serious challenges.In this paper,the PCA(Principal Component Analysis)and machine learning algorithms are run be means of their combined operation to develop the financial risk analysis system,for improving the management levels in companies,and revealing the financial risks in companies,so that the companies can be prevented the financial crisis from the source,in order to solve the hot issues at present.Based on the analysis of previous research and a lot of references,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the research results in the field of risk analysis system for companies.In this paper,the machine learning algorithms named decision tree and SVM are employed to carry out the enterprise financial risk analysis,furthermore,the financial risk analysis system for companies is established.The research content of this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and practical significance of this research,and then introduces the current research status at home and abroad and the main contents and structure of this paper.Experiments show that the use of principal component analysis has greatly improved the classification efficiency.The second chapter focuses on the index system for the risk control research and the key technology: principal component analysis,support vector machine,and decision tree.The third part is the system demand analysis,including the functional and non-functional aspects for the needs of the system.The fourth part of the system design,introduces the general design and detailed design,including the main system module design and financial management database design.The fifth chapter is for the system implementation and testing,according to the previous design to achieve the enterprise financial risk analysis system.And then the system is tested through the cases to verify themanagement module and risk analysis performance.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect for the whole article.Form the work summary and research outlook on the two aspects of financial risk analysis and research recommendations and the next step in the direction of research.
