| In entering in the new century, China’s rapid increase in the consumption of the car, the car is becoming more and more the family of means of transport. As the main sales channel the auto 4S shops have opened in our country, but the car 4S shop’s software configuration compared to hardware configuration to be many behind. With the development of computer technology and network technology, design and develop a set of auto 4S shop management system, improve operational efficiency 4S shop has become all enterprises are facing a major issue.In this design, based on the current situation of the operation of several automobile manufacturers in China, combined with the characteristics of the 4S store of SAIC Motor, we designed the management system of the 4S. The system needs analysis from the beginning, to Buyer, vehicle information, sales information, sale information, service information, employee information, statistics and treatment. And the function and structure of the system were discussed in detail. They were designed vehicle sales management, maintenance management, parts management, personnel management and customer relationship management of five subsystems. In view of the overall needs of the system with the current mainstream technology situation, we use C# language development on ASP.NET platform, using B/S mode architecture, the subsystems are connected via the corporate network with the database server, the system uses the backend database SQL Server 2008.Through the design and realization of the system can help to solve problems in the auto 4S shops handle large amounts of complex data areas, the work accomplished in the past need to manually change all performed automatically by the computer. The effective integration of enterprise resources, simplify work processes, reducing the error rate, streamlined corporate staff to maximize the potential of mining the company’s business, so the seller to improve the performance, so that buyers get excellent service. |
