Along with the popularity of mobile smart 3G/4G terminals which based on the Android platform, the Mobile applications continuous expansion in the usage of usual life, work and study. The paper designs an Android-based engineering supervision and inspection information system; it is used to monitor the work of information, intelligence and real-time management, via mobile 3G/4G network environment.Based Information Management System for handheld terminals, mainly related to two aspects of the software development direction and development of techniques discussed in this paper. On the one hand is the traditional WEB development mode, the system uses a combination of LAMP development of this system to the backend server and server-side functionality to achieve structures; on the other hand is a mobile terminal application software development technology based on the Android operating system, the need to achieve in a handheld mobile complete the appropriate information acquisition, collection and transmission function on the remote device.The developer in accordance with standard engineering software development model, the first complete analysis system functional requirements, a clear division of functions and business systems server and client, and the main business functions of the system were systematic analysis completed corresponding case design and use cases illustrate the work; secondly, the developer on the basis of the system data flow analysis work on the completion of the analysis and design system database, and completed a functional structure consisting of system design, including client architecture design and server architecture design two; then, the paper work to achieve specific client and server-side functional modules were introduced to key algorithm implementation code show.In the analysis of the system, the design process, the main application developers to provide various UML analysis and design tool, using pure object-oriented software development model for system development.After the development of the system and procedure design work is completed, all full for the corresponding tests. Finally, several aspects of the system after the completion of the test cases were introduced, passed the tests show that the system functions in the company where I can reach the construction site supervision and inspection of construction work of the job requirements.
