The paper designs an Android-based engineering supervision and inspection information system; it is used to monitor the work of information, intelligence and real-time management, via mobile 3G/4G network environment.Based Information Management System for handheld terminals, mainly related to two aspects of the software development direction and development of techniques discussed in this paper.
