From the perspective of software engineering design, the paper analyzes the demand for reservation and its management model.Considering the development of language programming and database as well as the practicality and advancement of the system of reservation for register system, the paper aims to design a system equipped with standard united Web interface that can meet all the demand of reservation for register at a hospital based on mature database. It plays a certain role to ease "Long Line".After the coding and system testing,the system has been online successfully.After practical use, the system is reliable and stable and the system can meet the actual demand.
