Along with the rapid development of computer technology, all kinds of information, standardization and systematization in the office of all functional departments of society make the application of computer technology more and more closely related to the application of computer technology. Integration and acquisition information system is the trend of the popular sentiment. For now, environmental issues are becoming more and more serious, such as the well-known PM2.5, global warming waiting. This is one of the environmental problems which many people pay attention to at present, but many people often only know the representation, but don't know the real problem brought by the environmental problem.The author emphasizes the combination of object oriented method, the author believes that the traditional environmental monitoring system is solved the problem in some environmental monitoring to a certain extent, the initial realization of intelligent, but traditional methods developed environmental monitoring system also inevitably has poor reusability, software system maintenance and the development of the software system often don't really meet to the needs of the user. The software system developed for specific object is to solve the problems in the realization of the world with the view of the specific object. From the perspective of the general understanding of the world, to make a comprehensive and classification of different things, to find out the common and to be described and improved, and finally make an analysis. So as to apply to the actual work.The author of the Environmental Protection Bureau in environmental monitoring understand the content of this piece of work, through the concrete analysis, and combined with the characteristics of computer technology, timely, predictable, reliability and data concentration ratio and the use of C/S/S three layer architecture to complete the system, design a set of environmental monitoring for the feasibility of application of computer software. In the process of designing and developing computer software, it is emphasized to study and analyze, summarize and discuss the relevant core technology. System data analysis in the written papers mainly want to design and implementation of environmental monitoring system must have eight basic functions:(1) system login and initialization; (2) the system data acquisition; (3) the system data gathering; (4) the system data transmission; (5); (6) the generation of system data and display (7) system maintenance; (8) the system auxiliary program of study. In the study of the 8 basic functions, this paper focuses on the collection of system data, and analysis, and the generation and display of the system data. According to the content of PM2.5 in atmospheric environment monitoring and data acquisition system is mainly use designed computer program to collect air trace substances and select active acquisition report or passive collection to complete the data acquisition followed by computer system software design the data acquisition conversion as a computer language and automatic analysis and comparison of the final display monitoring data. So for the environmental management of the decision-making environment planning, environmental indicators assessment, to play its supervisory functions. In the end, the combination of environmental monitoring and computer technology is of the significance of the times.
