We selected warehouse & logistics enterprises as the research background, in consideration of the characteristics of the enterprise's current situation, this paper analyzes the related process of the warehouse & logistics management. UML was used to work for requirement analysis and modeling system functional modules. The system adopted B/S structure system and included storage management, a database management, inventory management, report management and so on six subsystems.This article describes the system demand analysis, system design, implementation and deployment of the warehouse & logistics. The essay discusses the development process of the system from the perspective of software engineering. First, the essay introduces the demand research of the system, and then describes the requirement analysis in object-oriented and structured method, Shows the main functions of the system, and introduces in detail the function of the use case diagram, thirdly, described details of the process of the system feature design, database design, system detailed design and so on. After completed the system design in detail, determined module chart of system, given the system interface and instructions.We completed functional testing and performance testing before the system deployment, the test results showed the effectiveness of the system. At present, the system has been deployed applications. After the system is running, training and learning process to achieve a comprehensive network management, information technology and automation. To improve management efficiency and quality, the better to provide better services for customer. It has certain practical significance and reference value for the construction of most of the warehouse & logistics management information system in china.
