At the same time, it makes it difficult to integrate the third party payment platform for the e-commerce platform. In order to survive and develop, the third party payment enterprises seek innovative payment products and methods constantly, which expands the product difference. To support any payment way, the e-commerce platform needs to put a lot of effort material resources into its development, testing and operation to accomplish the integration work. It leads to the decrease of the work efficiency and the increase of the costs.This paper presents a design and implementation solution to the internet simulation and monitoring platform of the third party payment. It?s based on the transaction process and characteristics of the third party payment. A research of third party payment is presented first, and then an introduction of supporting technology is stated. Then, a solution of the simulation part is presented, the data structure and service layer is built and the key technology is analyzed. Finally, based on the analysis of the transaction order, the monitoring part which monitors the trade order and positions the problem is designed. This platform provides convenience for the development, testing and operation work. At the same time, further improvement can be based on it, and it can be a reference for other simulation and monitoring systems.
