The information of geological data collection is a main problem in the field of geological data collection work.With the rapid development of information technology and the application of the mobile terminal,it becomes a necessary trend to develop the information of surveying and mapping data collection in the direction of simple,rapid and convenient management.Because of the particularity and complexity of the field,the standardization of the software is low,and the traditional surveying and mapping method is still used in the geological work.Data collection work is large and complex,because format standards are not unified and record level is uneven to bring the behind statistical work very big hidden trouble.In addition,because of the limitation of field surveying and mapping record,it is difficult to use computer to improve the work efficiency.These are the problems that need to be solved in field geological information collection.This thesis deeply analyzes related technologies of the hand drawn and the GPS,also analyzes the component model and working mechanism of Android platform,and deeply studies the process and the requirement of geological information collection.On this basis,the system suitable for the field geological information collection is designed and developed with the combination of GPS electronic positioning function and hand drawing function.Based on the technology,theory,software platform and implementation method of the system,this paper carries out the framework design,functional design,data storage design and interface design of the software.This thesis focuses on the following key technologies of electronic mapping based on Android:(1)The realization of the function of hand drawing.This function mainly realizes the combination of graphic information and attribute information.In addition,in the graphics generation distance algorithm,the paper put forward an improved formula,namely the standardization Euclidean distance formula,reduce the error of graphic gesture.(2)GPS positioning based on Android.The function mainly realizes the combination of attribute information and geological information.In addition,the paper put forward the improved GPS measurement formula,which further reduces the error of the measurement.The development of the electronic mapping system,preliminarily solves the disorder and scattered information management,realizes the unified management of Surveying and mapping data and graphical information,geological information and attribute information,improves the efficiency of the work of Surveying and mapping staff,and reduces the work of Surveying and mapping personnel in physical strength consumption demand,so as to meet information acquisition of the field in the modern information society.
