Key Technologies Of Obtaining Geological Data Based On Android Platform

With the rapid development of network technology and communication technology,field data collection has shifted from the traditional way of manually collecting to the information way to collect data.The current geological prospecting work in the field geological data collection mainly depends on PDA,GPS positioning technology and mobile GIS technology.On one hand,the three geological data acquisition technologies have certain defects.On the other hand,the Android platform has the unique advantages of openness and rich embedded hardware,it can directly collect electronic digital geological data.The paper will propose a more efficient method of geological data collection that using the Android platform's hardware function to realize the collection of geological data.Through analysising and summaring to the current method of geological data obtaining,users positioning technology based on the Android System and tablet computer's sensor function,the paper puts forward three key technologies of obtaining geological data based on the Android platform,they contains:1)GPS algorithm module of obtaining survey point's longitude and latitude and elevation data based on Android platform.2)Strata dip Angle algorithm module of obtaining survey point's strata dip Angle data based on Android platform.3)Magnetic bearing algorithm module of obtaining survey point's geomagnetic azimuth data based on Android platform.On this basis,the paper conduct a framework design and development to geological data collecting system based on the Android platform.Finally,the function and performance of the system is tested.Test results show that compared with the current technologies of field geological data collection,using the system can be more convenient to achieve the objective of obtaining geological data,and accuracy of geological data is higher.
