The Design And Implementation Of College Educational Administration Management Platform Based On B/S Model

Educational administration management is an important link in the process of teaching management in higher vocational colleges. The most important aspects of educational administration management are whether the management way is reasonable, whether it can meet a series of criterion. If networking and user-friendly management system are adopted, they will be propitious to improving the overall education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.All the tasks related to education and teaching management can be completed with the help of the educational administration platform, therefore the educational administration platform become one of large DBM platforms among many management platforms in each vocational college.Educational administration management platform based on the browser server mode is also the communication bridge between educational administrators and teachers as well as students. It integrates educational administration with teaching management and it is very practical. It is also very convenient and efficient for educational administrators, teachers and students. Application of the integrated educational administration platform in daily work will help educational administrators reduce the workload and improve efficiency of education and teaching management; therefore, it benefits educational administrators to promote the reform and innovation in studying management.This platform is educational administration management platform base on B/S mode, which is developed by application of ASP Scripting languages and DBT of SQL Server by application of Dreamweaver.This article introduces the application requirements, core technology, framework and implementation of teacher's sub platform by adopting the ways of browser and server in the educational administration platform. In addition, the overall design about selective system, course arrangement system of student's sub platform is also presented. Firstly, the author pertinently compares the advantages and disadvantages of client server mode and browser server mode based on information management system and draws the conclusion that browser server mode is very fit for be adopted in development of integrated educational administration platform. Based on the above mentioned, the author analyzes the specific requirements of teacher's sub platform, puts forward to specific design scheme and concrete measures for implementation and designs the corresponding database. Meanwhile, the author proposes the problems model and solution to selective and arrangement system when adopting the student's sub platform. Finally, the data can be exported to XLS document from SQL Server by application of ASP code. In addition, the author makes a summary of the functional extension and architecture optimization and forecasts the foreground of this platform.
