The tax risk analysis monitoring and management system(hereinafter referred to as risk control system),is designed and developed to promote and meet the needs of tax collection and reform, and to establish the new tax collection mode, which is self-report and paying tax on the premise of taxpayers. Risk control system is a unified tax risk analysis and monitoring platform due to the tax system, which consisit six modules, such as management and monitoring of key sources include accounting, general ledger management and monitoring of tax sources, daily and special management tasks, transparency Gang responsibility system, risk control result recovery, tax administration Manual. The risk control system covers many risk management indicators, and provides technical and data support to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the data for the system-wide risk management. The system targets screening needs to focus on monitoring and analysis of enterprise business risk and helping enterprises to improve the ability to withstand risks and risk response strategies, by determining the content of risk management and using relevant risk management indicators.The risk control system is based on system security and the subsequent development of scalable, using J2 EE architecture design and development. Display layer uses MVC framework model. Background uses SSH(Struts + Spring + Hibernate) framework, and EJB and XML technology related functions. Database uses Oracle. Middleware uses Oracle Web Logic Server, and also SAP BI Business Intelligence tools.One of the main features of this system is the design of dynamic statistical reports of integration and configuration, which auto-complete reporting and management control ledger key sources of convergence and integration. Second, is the design of custom workflow engine, according to the characteristics of the system framework, by several levels includes basic setup, process configuration, process analytical, to implement tasks dynamically add, with the running configuration with quick impact on the changing needs and reduce development and maintenance costs and improve efficiency.
