With the development of society, video surveillance technology is entering network monitoring time, and the new research goals are high definition, high frame rate and high compression ratio. Under the circumstance, H.264, the most popular compression coding standard of now, exposes some problems, such as large storage space requirement and high network bandwidth occupation. H.265, the latest compression coding standard, is published for solving these problems. Therefore, the design of high compression ratio network image coding equipment based on H.265 is very important on promoting video surveillance technology developing. This thesis designs high compression ratio network image coding equipment with Hi3516 A processor supporting H.265 compression coding standard. Firstly, designs the system running required power management system, storage circuit, and clock reset circuit, and the topic needed Ethernet driver circuit, sensor interface and etc.; in the process of printed circuit board design, analyzes the high-speed circuit's signal integrity, power integrity and signal timing in detail to guarantee the circuit board's stability. Then, designs the HD video image acquisition, H.265 encoding and moving target detection program based on Hisilicon media processing platform(MPP), and achieves H.265 live streaming transmission by modifying and optimizing the Live555 open source code. Finally, does system experiment and result analysis, the result shows that the system can stably transmit real-time HD video image with about 45.7% the code stream saving than H.264 based system, moreover, moving target detection is successfully implemented.
