Design And Implementation Of Populatin And Family Planning Integrated Service Platform Based On HTML5 And Asynchronous Communication Technology

Continuous development of society improved people's working efficiency and development of information,and changed the way of working in government departments,especially in terms of population information technology, real-time notification of family planning system plays a crucial role in reducing the burden on family planning staff to speed up the efficiency, while reducing the chance of mistaken and improve the quality of population management, and promote the optimization of the development of population management.According to the development of population in the city, to gain full implementation of prenatal care and hospital delivery real-name system, effective birth control policy, maintain a low birth rate, prevention of the "two non-" behavior,promoting gender balance of births, reinforcing birth statistics management to improve service levels,improvement of the quality of births, presentation of the design and implementation of family planning are needed. The comprehensive management information system for real-time notification was published to manage the city's population and family planning comprehensive management information in the City, relying on the full information database of population, with information alley as a link, gray machine healthcare-related information to achieve department and timely information exchange.J2EE architecture is a classic Web building solutions. It contains a variety of components, services, infrastructure and technology to solve the problem that different enterprise-level information products are not compatible with each other, whether inside or outside the enterprise difficult interoperability problems. For database persistence, mail services, transaction processing, information dissemination and other business module are well supported by J2 EE framework with a common service module,which reduces the development cycle and improves code reliabilities.MVC three-frame style is very classic current technical architecture Java Web system,it its business logic model, the interaction view, mutual decoupling logic controllers,making this three-part work with minimal coupling, highlights the front to back consistency, plus simple-to-use structure, logic clear and bright, and facilitate further expansion and enhancement. MVC architecture emphasis on solving logical hierarchical server, the client is a logical extension of hierarchical.In this paper, through the three-tier J2 EE MVC technology solutions, based on theactual needs of Populatin and Family Planning Service, design and implementation of family planning comprehensive management information reporting system in real time. In order for the system architecture and web data load optimization, we use the HTML5 WebSocket technology designed WebStorage and an asynchronous data transmission scheme. The program will be submitted to the systems business logic execution system client, the client browser locally on the system to store and access business data, enabling asynchronous interaction system front-end and back-end data. Using this design method can effectively reduce the burden on the server system, and improve the user experience.By about half the time of the practical test, the system fully meets the actual needs of daily work in the City. The comprehensive management information system for real-time notification greatly enhanced the staff work efficiency, solved the existing problem in management systems that the information did not update in time and cause the information leakage.Implementation of intelligent management promoted the birth population and raise the "comprehensive management" work pattern.
