The Design And Implementation Of Award And Assist Policy Of Family Planning System In Sichuan Province

In order to carry out the award and assist policy of family planning, The existing family planning management information system cannot meet the demand for work of the award and assist policy of family planning. So it is necessary to introduce specially system of the award and assist policy of family planning.First of all this study carried on the demand analysis to the system and thorough analysis to the working process and the detailed rules of the policy. Through the demand analysis this study extracted three important working processes. They are adding object of the bonus policy of family planning, approving the object and sending money respectively. On the base of demand analysis, we confirmed two types of users. They are staffs of family planning and administrators of system. And the study described some non-functional demands of system.Secondly we designed the system of the bonus policy of family planning. Under the guidance of the principles of system design, this study did the overall design of the system. Then we designed the functional structure, and elaborated the circumstances of every functional module. Because of the limitation of length, we just elaborated the detailed design of system management module, object management module, money system module, supervision module and inquiry module. Considering this system would integrate with the existing system, we introduced the interface design. At last this study introduced the database design, because the data is very important to the system of the bonus policy of family planning.On the basis of system design, we realized the system by visual basic tools. And this study display some interface of the system.Finally, we test the system; include functional testing and performance testing.
