University course arrangement work is an important link in teaching plan execution and realizing training goal, the purpose of which is meeting the teacher to teach the class within a limited teaching resources and limited teaching time,and ensure the teachers' teaching and the classes on school time,space without conflict. Meanwhile,it need to meet the requirements which adjust course timetable because of the various aspects reason.In addition,the output schedule is an important part and the process is necessary for the courses arranging management work in colleges and universities,only a reasonable standard schedule can maintain the normal operation of colleges and universities teaching order.However,University course arrangement work need to manually make overall arrangements,and then According to the course order to manually arrange sequence,which is not only easy to cause the conflict of arranging elements,but also subsequent inspection and schedule adjustment is time-consuming and energy-consuming,low accuracy.this paper is on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literatures,taking the Yunnan pan-Asian taxation college as a background,an automatic course arrangement system adopted the course scheduling algorithm which is based on dynamic programming thought was designed and implemented,the main job in this paper as follow:(1) First, the paper introduces the research background and meaning of this subject,including the current research status and development trend in automatic arrangement system,and the existing problems.(2) introducing that the system involved in the process of design and implementation of key technologies and related tools,such as J2 EE framework,oracle10 g database,Weblogic8 server, and then making the corresponding analysis of the C/S mode and B/S mode, finally determining of which the design and development based on B/S mode;(3)Requirement analysis.the college courses arranging management business process and data process are Analyzed,and determined that the automatic arrangement system is implementing the function of the target,meanwhile making the data structure design.(4)According to the result of requirement analysis, designing the overall architecture of automatic course arrangement system.It mainly is divided into threeparts: the design of the interface,dynamic programming ideas of course arrangement algorithm design,the design of the function and report automatically generated and exported(5) The basic-data-management of the course arrangement, including training scheme, the teaching plan,teaching-class information, merge-joint-class,Teaching resources and etc.(6) Design and implementation of automatic course arrangement system.using Java language code to implement the system in this paper.The automatic course arrangement system in this paper is used in the Yunnan pan-Asian taxation college,the test-running result shows that it generally meets the requirement of the course arrangement,and improves the teaching administration personnel's work-efficiency. Finally,the paper summarized the research work of the automatic arrangement system,and points out that there exists some shortages of the system, meanwhile,also expect to be useful to the further research,and expect the system to be continuously improved in practice.
