Design And Implementation Of Student Information Management System Of Guang Zhou Public Technician College

In recent years, as the country to increase investment in education and vocational colleges, and vocational education institutions gradually spread, the domestic number of students in vocational colleges has increased dramatically. Increase in the number of students, the domestic vocational college student information management system is still stuck in the traditional management model above. The rapid expansion of the data, and management systems will be seriously lagging behind the contradiction between the increasingly evident, a new management system is increasing.This topic research is out of consideration for this demand, provides an effective information of students in higher vocational colleges management information-based solutions. This paper starts from requirements analysis, explain the student information management system process which according to the field investigation need for the student information management of the school of business, and the business of the student information management system are analyzed in detail, according to the specific business, completed the analysis of function requirement analysis and system roles, respectively six aspects the students basic information registration management analysis for basic information management, system analysis, function requirements of the above-mentioned six aspects of the use case diagram of the detailed design, and gives the corresponding use case description. According to the demand analysis, the system uses the B/S structure, WEB, ASP.NET technology and SQL database based on SERVER2008, the overall architecture and topology structure of the student information management system conducted in-depth research and design, and then design the function of each module, the detailed design of modules are: system management module, basic information of students' basic information management module, student hostel information management module, student management module, work study and student loan management module and employment management module these six part registration, and give the various sub modules and the total E_R diagram and the corresponding data table, finally did the specific interface modules including the designed system and completed the system test.
