AS the extensive application of information technology, information managementsystems are increasingly important, especially for a college, the traditional testmanagement system has exposed a lot of efficiency and economic disadvantages,therefore the management of information technology development trend,into the21stcentury, the management of information technology into our campus at anunprecedented rate, changing the management style of the traditional examinationaffairs, prompting College education management to the network, internationalizationand personalization.The skill Testing educational management system was the product of computerapplication technology, skills identification, assessment technology, data technologyand other technologies for the field of development and construction at the college. Thesystem had a very important role in the protection of the same coal Technician Collegegrading standards. The skills test works management system of coal Technician Collegehad been implemented based on B/S model.Firstly, the requirements of kills examination management system had beenresearched. The content and process of skills examination management system had beenresearched. The data acquisition of skills examination had been designed. Then, themain function and running performance of skills examination system had been designedand analyzed. And the data flow of the system had been designed. The requirementsanalysis of skills test management system had been completed.Secondly, on the basis of the analysis of the demand, the overall architecture of theskills test management system had been designed. The overall structure of the skillsexamination system had been designed, including the design of the overall structure ofcontent, design of the functional modules of the system, design of network topology.Then, the sequence diagram and state diagram of the system had been designed, inorder to establish the UML model of skills test management system. Meanwhile, thedatabase of system had been designed according to the needs of the data stream. Thatdata table, ER diagram, stored procedures had been detailed designed for the skills examination system. At last, the business processes had been designed for theexamination data Management.Finally, we had selected the hardware and software platforms to implementate thesystem module. The system login module system, enrollment management module,eligibility module, exam management module, query statistics module, systemmanagement module had been designed and implemented. The functions of operating,such as data adding, data deleting, data modifying, data querying had been designedimportantly for the basic data of the examination system. Then the various features ofsystem had been programmed and implemented. The data security maintenance had alsobeen designed for skills test management system. And then the test of system had beencompleted, which include functionality and performance test through the Skillsexamination running on the Web server. The test had proved that the design of systemhad been successful for the requirements of the skills test management informationservice platform.In short, research of skills test management system had basically implemented theskills examination management business processes of Coal Technician College. Thecompletion of thesis had a certain practical significance and value for improving ourskill level of automation for information management examination. The informationtechnology of examination management had been an inevitable trend.
