With the development of internet technology, the network is changing the way people live, the philanthropy also affected by network. The implementation of charitable donations intelligent service platform which by using the internet and mobile internet technology can make the public know more about the charity,make the public become the protagonist of the charity, make the public interacted with the charity. The detailed analysis of the process, overall functional architecture of the system and functions of each part of the system are also explained in paper. On the basis of the detailed design, the main function modules were introduced, the system environment configuration system testing were described, the system of functional testing and performance testing analysis were discussed.Finally, the application of the platform system were introduced. We can say that the efficient and convenient platform can be provided to the charitable organizations, donors, callers with the use of the system.
