With the continuous development of network technology and mature, the Internet gradually highlighted its" extraordinary ability ", which has become by far the greatest integrated communication platform. The application of computer network is more and more extensive, and the relation between the Internet and real life is becoming increasingly close. Charity has gone into network and gradually developed, known as" net-philanthropy " or" net-charity". Modern charity tends to be associated with modern philanthropy, even as interchangeable words to use in most cases. As a low threshold, transparent, convenient and efficiently interactive network platform of commonweal, the Internet makes charitable activities originally participated by a few businesses, charities or celebrities become national public sports that everyone can participate in. Commonweal activities has walked into the" micro-charity " era.A variety of net-charity forms have emerged and have a rapid development. Charity walks into micro-blog," grass roots" and celebrities participate in charity with the aid of micro-bog. Charity walks into online shopping, the genes of" kind customers" appear quietly. Enterprise catch the express of micro charity marketing, which is good to take social responsibilities, establish and enhance corporate and brand image. Charity organizations open up the network platform for propaganda and fund-raising with the aid of the network, and so on.In this paper, the author tries to explore the widespread effects of several net-charity forms, and reflect on the problems of China’s net-charity, trying to find countermeasures to promote net-charity’s healthy development, in order to promote the development of China’s philanthropy.
