Microblogging is not, as some scholars have predicted, towards the bottom, on the contrary, it gains new energy, and creates more miracle. Combined with the new microblogging platform, it has gradually become one of the ways to achieve charities in our country. When the traditional way of charity dissemination faces its bottlenecks, the microblogging is rising. With this transparency, high participation, good interactive communication platform, charity dissemination has become credible and lasting. Its influence reached an unprecedented new heights. Microblogging users are changing the traditional concept of charity, at the same time, its influence also eventually developed from online to offline, bit by bit, to change social reality. These changes brought by microblogging dissemination, so we have reasons to believe that, in the future, more effective microblogging charity dissemination can play the role of social mobilization, social integration, and to promote the values and so on. So exploring the combine of microblogging, which is one of the social media, and charity is a valuable topic, the research also can promote microblogging play a better role in the charity dissemination.This article will use qualitative research methods and data analysis. Via literature review, to inspect to trace the history of charity and microblogging charity, and also to define the charity dissemination connotation. Through the communicators in charity dissemination, contents of dissemination, forms of dissemination, and effects of dissemination, we research its advantages and problems, at the same time, make recommendations for the future developments of charity dissemination.
