E bank and computerize financial services not only against the traditional working way and mind-set, but also make the banking service tenet translate into customer-centric from money-centric. As the widely use of information technology in the financial industry, the regional concept has fuzzy, and the bank's net spot predominance will be diluted. So, establish commercial bank's CRM and wealth management system is an inevitable choice in the new market situation.I worked in the whole research, design, development process of customer relationship management (CRM) system and wealth management system about Bank-of-Qingdao. Such as, Requirement definition, Requirement analysis, Requirement review, Preliminary design, Detail design, Development of WEB and ETL programming, System testing and acceptance. This paper takes the project as the subject, research in depth commercial bank's CRM model through customer relationship management system and wealth management system about Bank-of-Qingdao.This paper combines with the actual needs of Bank-of-Qingdao's business environment and management characteristics, gives detailed instructions on the overall framework of the system from different angles, including the presentation layer, the logic layer and the data layer. Meanwhile, this paper analyses some key technologies to implement the CRM system in detail.Finally, the summary research work and the prospects were given.
