The issue surrounding the needed to solve issues about the upgrade and renovation project of SKTJB laser marking device has done some relevant researches and designs. The introduction of industrial fieldbus control achieved a conversion from manual operation to distributed automatic control. In the aspect of hardware, the designing of a communication module, servo motor and lead screw structure is adopted. In the software design, the achievement of the multi-task scheduling process ensures data transmission and control of the servo system to coordinate the synchronization completed. Some of technology related improvements have be carried out. Ultimately through the core control algorithm of digital incremental PID algorithm, a better control performance has been obtained in the process of the debugging and running.The primary problem is the independent development and design of the fieldbus interface device. Fieldbus technology is an open protocol based on the Internet, mainly used in the production site, multiple stand-alone mutual connections. It makes more than a single machine to connect with each other, and then unified by large controller regulation. A good interoperability and mutual exchange of evolving communication control technology has been made. There are already a dozen standard protocol communications technology is developing as an international standard. In order to meet the connecting with the Siemens and Rockwell controllers, The Ethernet, PROFIBUS-DP bus and Device Net bus are the focus in the project. Using the ARM Cortex-M3 series chip as the main controller to achieve the security and reliability of a strong field bus communication, meets the future industrial areas trends.Once again the closed-loop control of the servo motor and lead screw mechanism to improve the control accuracy is another key issue of this paper. Through the using of an external modulation scheme detection encoder and detecting the modulation coding scheme of the feedback signal, adopting the feedback signal for incremental PID control and the least squares algorithm for the motor speed, the output of the regulation of the PWM pulses and duty receives a better performance.This article is intended for multi-protocol gateway and embedded laser marking system hardware and software design is described in detail. In the last part of the article, the communication experiments of three protocols were introduced and the completed portion of the servo system power abstract mathematical models has been carried out by mathematical tools based on MATLAB simulation test, obtaining a relatively satisfactory performance curve. Through the actual test shows that the system hardware in the loop control of reasonable design, interactive software can meet the requirements and the function is perfect. In summary, it has certain practical significance in industrial production.
