| Site-group management system is the distributed information management system of many sites' management and control which have independent servers, and it can also transfer information and share resource. This system mainly face to the information need of government?enterprise and so on, and it adopt the mode of “concentrative management?authorization classification?fast establish ”, and it can not only quicken the establishment of the sites, but also can maintain the sites expediently.The system is based on B / S architecture developed using J2 EE development platform, using JSP, HTML / CSS, Struts2, Mybatis technology, using MVC design thoughts to achieve system design and system implementation. Firstly, the paper describes the meaning and purpose of research, analyze the importance of the station group management system in today's Internet information system construction and site construction. Secondly, it introduces the overall design of the system, including the overall target system design principles and system architecture design. By analyzing the previous site system design flaws and a clear improvement after the functional requirements, design the overall architecture entire station group management system construction, function modules architecture and network architecture. Through needs analysis, the system is divided into four main modules, namely, the station group management module, site design module, content management module and site management module, and clearly the management staff as well as against each module for each module detailed design.
