Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of technology and industry standards, the LCD screen electronic products gradually become an integral part of our life and production factors. Reality shows a higher and higher request on the quality of phone screen of these products, while the current level of technology can not avoid all sorts of defects, the current image defects of LCD products mainly rely on manual testing, such testing methods can not meet the industrial production of LCD screen defect detection accuracy requirements, we can not guarantee the stability of the test results, then the detection and identification of LCD screen will be the first problem for production companies to face and resolve, and image acquisition for mobile phone LCD screen is an important part of the screen detection and recognition, it is to ensure that post-image processing.Now, the degree of automation of the manufacture of phone screen is very high, but the development of automation of defects detection is a little bit slow. The reason is that the traditional image acquisition system costs a lot and it’s hard to be promoted. To solve this issue, image acquisition for phone screen detection by using camera array system is proposed in this paper, the structure of the system has been designed. The objective of this thesis is to research the method of constructing the optical platform and adjusting the imaging system.The contents of constructing the optical platform are as follow: study on the principle of the image sensor array system and the condition of using camera system, study on the optical path of the system, the specification of the array system is designed in this paper.The contents of adjusting the imaging system are as follow: a method of adjust the array cameras is proposed, a mechanical device for adjusting the array cameras is designed. Study on the technology of camera calibration, and find the right way to calibrate the array cameras, using matlab to obtain the parameters of the cameras. A method of correcting the distortion image of array cameras is proposed, and the distortion of the image is corrected by using the above method. The calculation of evaluating image definition for array cameras is proposed, through a lot of experiments, finally obtain a reference of image definition of the array image sensor system.
