Nowadays, when using the double CCD intersection vertical target there are many problems such as complex light and expensive cost. So using the measuring principle of vertical target based on one linear array CCD camera to research the key of image analysis system.1) Through analysis of the measuring principle of projectile coordinates test on linear array CCD camera, and the projectile coordinates formula is obtained. The influence of double-projection images under different system parameters have been intensively studied..2)Thorough analysis of the process of imaging system, and the method of ideal image position has been obtained. In order to improve the calculation formula of the projectile coordinate, simulated the received image of linear array CCD and produced a GUI interface. Set different parameters of the system in the GUI interface. Achieved the simulated projectile double-projection images of linear array CCD.3)Based on the analysis of one linear array CCD camera with projectile coordinate measurement systems, and unified image pixel coordinates, image imaging coordinate system, linear CCD camera coordinate system and the world coordinate system by calibrating the linear array CCD camera, lasers, and the preimage reflective film.4) We use a high-speed linear array CCD, a semiconductor laser and original location of reflective film to build the experiment platform, we come up with a conclusion that high-speed line scan image noise suppression methods and dual projection image centroid extraction algorithm through the experiment of static calibration gas sticks and bullets experiment. Through analysis of the experiment the collected large projectile double projection image, we used the background subtraction method to achieve target image, and studied the characteristics of noise suppression method, we ultimately determined that using the template of 15×15 have a best result. Connected domain solved by marking projectile double the number of connected components of the projected image, in two and three cases, respectively, connected domain obtained projectile double the projected image centroid coordinates. This algorithm can effectively identify the presence of the projectile dual reflective situation projected image, high-precision extract its centroid coordinates.5) Let all parameters into the formula of projectile coordinate, and compared the measured target projectile coordinates X, Y with the corresponding theoretical value when the range of the target surface is 1m×1m, found that the measurement error is small, easy to engineering application.
