Research On The Quality Traceability Information Management System Of The Beidahuang Potato Starch Product

With the domestic frequent incidents of food quality and safety,food safety problems have become increasingly attracted people attention.Find a way to supervise and ensure that food and the whole process is complete transparency and control of visualization is important.In this thesis,the authors' Beidahuang Potato Group,for example potato starch processing plants,to manage knowledge-based information systems,use literature research and field research as primary research method,designed a line with actual business development quality control systems.First,introduces the Beidahuang potato Group overall situation,and then describes the advantages and quality management status,and SWOT analysis,from potato plant,potato starch processing aspects of business process analysis and data flow analysis,combined with a highly organized enterprise where reclamation mode of operation under industrial production conditions,and found the quality of potato starch to achieve the conditions and traceable way to determine the information to reflect the product throughout the18 potato starch traceability code,and then introduced the quality management and traceability information system platform,the platform subdivided into planting information subsystems,starch processing subsystem and product traceability information platform,from raw potato interrelated cultivation,starch processing aspects of the analysis to identify and subsystems corresponding data and data between the design is complete traceability of potato starch quality management information system to simulate the realization of potato starch quality traceability information management system.
